PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Y - She's not overly affectionate and prefers to initiate, but your character is welcome to try.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Y - she'll try to use science and strategy to get out of fighting, but the Doctor is canonically capable of fighting if she needs to.
RELATIONSHIPS: Thirteen happily makes friends, but she's closed off to new romantic relationships. It will take a long time to get her to come around to it, if she ever does.
PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: Time Lords are telepathic and have strong psychic defenses. She won't use her own telepathy without a character's permission, unless it's to keep the timeline intact. I won't use it without player permission at all.
MAGICAL INFORMATION: Not magical in any way.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: She has two heartbeats, which is probably the only thing a character would notice. Gallifreyan biology is pretty bonkers overall but not immediately apparent.
